JOB PURPOSE:

Oversee the day-to-day management of human resource and administration function from on-boarding to exit / termination in providing full employee support to the company

Required to- DO (Key Result Areas & Activities)

1. Human Resource

Coordinate manpower requisitioning with departments and ensures staff recruitment follows company’s policies and procedures (e.g. candidate screening, job interviews) in order to recruit the best qualified candidates for vacant positions
Coordinate and conducts orientation for employees to ensure that new employee are equipped with the necessary resources and information to start work
Review and issue HR documentation such as employment letter, employee detail, probation and confirmation, leave, benefit and ensure that they are always up to date

Coordinate CIDB certified trainings for site employees to upkeep the validity of the certification
Liaise with training provider to source for suitable employee training
Propose revisions and amendments of HR policies to the Finance Director to ensure that policies are competitive with market practices and implements newly approved policies and procedures

2. Administration

Oversee the ISO documentation control and ensure procedures are followed according to the requirements and facilitates the ISO audit process
Liaise with company secretary to resolve administrative issues (i.e. company property)
Monitoring office maintenance, stationery, renewal matter etc: CIDB certificate, quit rent, assessment and office refreshment.

3. Managing Personnel

Guide and work with the HR and Admin executives to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of human resource functions and general administration of the company
Establish good teamwork between HR, accounts, admin and project teams
Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of HR, accounts and admin personnel
Supervise and direct the day-to-day operation of the HR and admin team.

Basic Job Purpose

Provide support to HR Manager in all aspects related to Human Resources function.

Duties and Responsibilities

Report to the HR Manager.

Liaison with related statutory government and private agencies when is necessary.
Prepare canteen coupon early in the month.
Perform others duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Degree in HR Management, Business Studies, General Administration or other related fields.
Preferably with 2 years of working experience as a HR Generalist in manufacturing environment. Experience in handling foreign workers management.
Good computer literacy (in MS Office Application - Word, Excel, Power Point) and knowledge in payroll system.
Good understanding of Employment Act and Amendment 2022, Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act will be advantages.
Willing to travel as and when necessary.
Be able to work in Subang Jaya.
Possess own transport

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a permanent position reporting to Group HR & Administration Manager within the Group.

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions,which include recruitment & selection, salary & payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits and other HR support services.

This role encompasses all employee levels of the business and include the following:

·To direct and manage all aspects of employment, Industrial Relations, Employee health, services benefits & welfare, wages and salary administration.

·Develop HR policy and direct/coordinate HR activities within hotel.

·Manage recruitment process, internal development and succession planning.

·Manage all aspects of Performance Management.

·Develop and maintain HR system where records can be retrieved.

·Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions.

·Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental insurance plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence.

·Responsible to prepare budget of HR operations.

The candidate

· Malaysians with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.

·Strong Human Resources generalist and leadership experience ideally from hospitality/hotel industry.

·Well versed in Malaysian labor law,IR Act and statutory requirements.

·Manage in-depth Industrial Relations issues.

·Good command of spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.

·High level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office application skills.

·Be willing to be based at Klang area.
