• Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
  • Involve in planning and design coordination process from conceptual design, zoning layout planning, room interaction process, material interaction process to construction and completion within the established budget, schedule and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment and address any issues.
• Design and Documentation:
  • Create and develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
  • Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with relevant codes and regulations.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers, to maintain high standards of work and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and other stakeholders.

• Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and other submittals.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Review design layouts and details to ensure safety, practicality, cost efficiency, aesthetic value, functionality, and customer experience.
  • Ensure that all design work meets quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Address any design or construction issues promptly to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Assist in securing all necessary building permits during the pre-construction stage and obtain building certifications, including the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
• Innovation and Research:
  • Stay current with architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and improve project outcomes.
• Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements at project site.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements at the project site.
  • Conduct Toolbox Meetings and safety inductions prior to the start of work..
  • Carry out necessary HIRARC, Risk Assessment or Job Safety Analysis (JSA) required for the job with the assistance of project management team.
  • Conduct regular job site inspections/ observations, record findings and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Carry out regular inspections of machinery, tools, equipment, PPE and etc.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports to SHO/Project Manager promptly.
•  Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Environmental Science / Building Construction or equivalent.
  • Must have VALID YELLOW BOOK and registered with JKKP as a Site Safety Supervisor, SSS
  • Minimum 3 year(s) working experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, especially in Occupational Safety and Health.

  • Prepare, update, and review the work schedule for the project.
  • Advise the operation team on: -
  1. Project status and issues to be investigated and resolved.
  2. Manpower, machinery, equipment, and material requirement.
  3. Document submissions for approval.
  4. Recovery / mitigation action plans should any delay be recorded.
  • Review and provide feedback on schedule and manpower allocations submitted by subcontractors.

• Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in construction planning background.
  • Familiar with JKR projects and systems.
  • Familiar with Design & Build construction projects.
  • Possess construction knowledge, strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and SEQUENCE OF WORK.
  • Competent in AutoCAD, Primavera and MICROSOFT PROJECT.
  • Highly competent in Critical Path Analysis.
  • Own transport and willing to travel for site visits within Malaysia.

• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the project is completed ahead of schedule.
  • Take full responsibility for progress on-site.
  • Responsible for the planning, execution and manage construction/development activities including budgeting control, scheduling, quality control, and progress of the project.

• Requirements:
  • Energetic Malaysian citizen and possess Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural/Building or equivalent.
  • Experiences with Design and Build Contracts and JKR Project will be advantages.
  • Minimum 7-9 years of relevant working experience in construction site with main contractor.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Hospital Project as a Project Manager.
  • Willing to relocate and/or do site visitation.
  • Familiar with Authority Requirements and able to liaise with Authorities.
  • Able to plan project, monitor and ensure tasks are carried to meet expected targets and goals.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Projects.
