Scope

The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence, food quality, and kitchen operations. The hotel finance controller plays a vital role in the financial management of a hotel. Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities of a Financial Controller.

The finance controller works closely with the hotel’s management team to ensure that financial goals are met, and financial risks are minimized. They are responsible for analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to improve financial performance and profitability.

The General Admin will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operations of Blum’s regional distribution center. The Shipping Officer will play a pivotal role in managing import and export activities, monitoring inbound shipments, and coordinating outbound shipments.
