The Commercial Executive is responsible for the process of calling, pitching, following up and servicing partners at a high performing level.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.

● As this is a 100% telesales role, the incumbent must be comfortable to make outbound calls via digital communication
tools and be on the phone over extended periods of time.
● Able to communicate in English effectively, an added advantage for ability to speak, read & write in Bahasa Malaysia.

● Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is an added advantage.

● Comfortable in working with online business tools such as Google applications. Experience with Salesforce a plus, but not mandatory
● A proficient communicator with a consultative sale driven approach.
● A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
● Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes
 

Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Operations, you will:

• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to hedge fund clients, including NAV preparation, reviewing corporate actions, verifying security pricing, performing cash and security position reconciliations.
• Provide a complete range of fund administration services to hedge fund clients and investors, including compliance procedures, working with investment managers, brokers, custodians and auditors.
• Provide customer service to hedge fund managers and investors.
• Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the partnership strategy and proposition in meeting the business objectives, financial targets and growth plan.
• Explore, identify and develop partner networks in Malaysia and opportunities through organic/inorganic or other innovative distribution options.

About the role

As a Senior Support Engineer, you’ll join a global team dedicated to providing ZEAL Products with top-tier assistance. Your role is to ensure support across various departments, including key stakeholders Customer Service, Product, Engineering, IT and others. From answering general queries about system behavior to serving as the first responder during major incidents, your expertise will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of ZEAL products, their capabilities, and how ZEAL systems integrate with them. Collaborate with teams across ZEAL to build this understanding.
• Handle incident and problem management activities from start to end.
• Respond to and resolve inquiries via Jira support queues and, for critical issues, offer Teams assistance.
• Independently and collaboratively tackle user-reported problems, working closely with engineering teams.
• Maintain system availability and functionality in line with SLAs, assist with server-level upgrades and patches, and participate in disaster recovery exercises.

• Over 3 years in a technical support role, with familiarity in tools like Kibana, Grafana, PagerDuty, and Unix/Linux environments as well as general support.
• Proficient in testing and debugging REST APIs, analyzing logs, and querying databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB).
• Basic experience with programming languages like Python, C#, or Java (though not a developer role).
• Excellent at prioritization and setting expectations while addressing immediate challenges.

The role

You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for MY and contributing to the growth of the MY Accounting and Finance function, and reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Manager. You will not only ensure the timely and preparation of key reports but also deep dive into the business's profitability and key issues. It’s a unique role where you’ll be working in the dual field of accounting (the past) and finance (the future) to tell a meaningful story that helps the day-to-day decision making process.

Main responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Task owner of Online AR Matters: daily reconciliation of receipts between payment processors and the accounting system for the Love Bonito group of entities
• Investigating discrepancies between systems and reporting on missing AR related transactions
• Collaborating with Customer Service/Operational team(s) to address inquiries and handle exceptional cases
• Preparation of receivables and customer aging schedules monthly for review
• Review, creation and maintenance of Business Partners within accounting system in accordance with group policies and procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

• Up to 1 -2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Proficiency with SAP Business One, MS Office and Google Sheets/Forms management
• Proficient in verbal and written English & Bahasa
• Charming and positive disposition, self-starter attitude, with an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast paced, fast-changing environment
• Experience in SQL and SAP B1 will be an advantage
