The job role

Job Brief:

This role is to support all stages of the transfer pricing engagements including but not limited to transfer pricing reviews, benchmarking and price setting for inter-company transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing and leading transfer pricing project work and on-going client relationships.
• Supervising multiple transfer pricing engagements and contributing to the delivery of quality tax planning services for diverse clients.
• Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/ financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
• Working closely with clients to understand their expectations and requirements, helping client to manage their transfer pricing risk as well as provide timely and responsive services/ work products to the clients.
• Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing quality documentations and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audit situations.
• Identify and pursue transfer pricing opportunities with the aim to get new engagements.
• Liaise with officers from the Inland Revenue Board, Ministry of Finance and other government agencies in connection with client engagements.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and/or anu professional qualification in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Taxation or other similar disciplines.
• Knowledge of managing functional analyses interviews to identify and assess client's inter-company transactions and able to perform planning.
• Leadership and people management skills, respecting and appreciating all people and encouraging different viewpoints.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team, and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are looking for interns that can preferably join us in early JANUARY 2025.

Task

1) Assist on project management

• Learn on project evaluation and execution. Project scheduling and tracking.
• Learn on project compliance of Safety & GMP.
• Learn on manufacturing system, equipment and technology

2) Assist on project contractor management

• Learn on contractor safety management on regulation and monitoring.

3) Assist on project technical discussion / technical troubleshooting

• Learn on troubleshooting skill management. (RCA, FMECA, BVOA, etc)

4) Assist on project coordination with colleagues from multi-department

• Learn on multilevel communicating and coordination skill

5) Assist on MOS (Manufacturing Operation System)

• Learn on MOS (typically called TPM, HPWS, IWS in other industries)

6) Any engineering related task works to be inform by management

Job Summary :

Monitoring and following up with all necessary actions to ensure accurate and timely Reporting of Accounts Receivables KPI for all branches. This shall include unified activities towards meeting the individual and group TARGETS for achieving of set KPIs.

Job Descriptions :

• Organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling of total company accounts receivables management and credit control activities.
• Overseeing and supervising credit control team’s performance in meeting AR Target KPIs.
• Overseeing and supervising accurate preparation, processing, checking and sending of Reminder Letters for overdue accounts including preparation of Schedules and Summary reports.
• Overseeing and supervising branch support services and credit control activities nationwide.
• Overseeing and Supervising Help Desk and customer relationship support functions.
• Handling internal/external Customer enquiries and complaints.
• Timely submission of payment allocation to AR team.
• Overseeing, supervising and coordinating credit control process changes and document control for ISO QMS compliance.
• Perform other relevant functions in credit control as and when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Intern specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written

• Liaise with Project Team Members about project matters such as commits and invoicing.
• Partner with Corporate Service (CS) operation and procurement team in supporting the sustaining construction projects to ensure adherence to standardized business policies. 
• Assist in pre-construction & post-construction finance activities such as cost reporting, claim review & validation, budget validation and data retrieval from finance tool (SAP, CPM), package preparation based on inputs received from various parties including but not limited to ops partners, cost consultants, cost estimators, procurement, accounting etc.
• Assist to prepare project cost report, analyzing variances and trend
• Assist in monthly claim validation and reporting & ensure timeliness and accuracy in PO issuance.
• This position required active participation and assistance to CS capital finance engaged in driving competitive spending through cost reduction initiatives and strategy optimization.
• Assist in project management including but not limited to change management activities based on budget available and inputs on validity from cost estimator/cost consultants, inputs on monthly reporting, cash flow implications based on updated developments and related adhoc analysis.
• Effective communication to customers on financial implications and opportunities based on strategic initiatives.
• Assist in/identify process improvements, standardization, data analysis and reporting.
