• Responsible for overall manufacturing process compliance from the safety, quality, cost and   delivery aspect of direct labour, machine processes and of both direct and indirect material.
• Responsible to meet the manufacturing line direct productivity (DP) as the key performance indicator (KPI).

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to be responsible for managing the successful planning, execution, and closure of the project portfolio across the team for Asia Pacific.

General Tasks:

• Responsible for large investment projects such as production plants, infrastructure or buildings.
• Interdisciplinary management with internal and external stake holders.
• Execution of projects reginal wide in collaboration with the local site managers.
• Professional interaction with local authorities.

Job Duties:

• Working on master plan and budget planning process for CAPEX related projects.
• Preparation and execution of feasibility studies for investment projects.
• Presentation of projects to management.
• Schedule, plan, resource and manage the investment projects.
• Tracking project progress and report status.
• Determining and taking corrective actions.
• Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.
• Determine the organizational structure of the project team. Identify roles and positions.
• Motivating team members.
• Execute basic and detailed engineering work based on our standard rules (i.e. engineering handbook, investment manual and PCP).
• Planning, managing and monitoring of the projects according to the guidelines of the PCP.
• Building up strong project teams and defining clear tasks and responsibilities for all team members.
• Close co-operation with R&D regarding formulation, with production regarding manufacturing process, procurement regarding raw materials and with other stake holders.

• plan and create production processes that minimize wastes generated from industrial production lines and maximize the quality of production.
• solve process engineering issues, lead work on manufacturing to follow safety and health rule.
• monitoring machine performance, identifying issues, and implementing basic adjustments to optimize operational efficiency.

• Perform analysis of gas, crude oil and any PVT related work. Ensure testing is done according to documented procedures and instructions and comply to QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy to meet turnaround time.
• Ensure customer’s enquiry are acted upon within a day.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as per schedule and update the records in the respective equipment file.
• Ensure raw data sheets are checked and signed off.
• Custodian of assigned lab equipment, apparatus – maintain and calibrate equipment systems to support the testing processes. Ensure the inventory of the standards and consumables of the equipment are updated on a monthly basis.
• Liaise with the vendor of the equipment for calibration.
• HSE - Ensure 5 UAUC’s are reported per month

• Ensure customer complaints are to be investigated with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
