The candidate

· Malaysians with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.

·Good command of spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Initiatives & Executions on systems management
   • Provide & coordinate Planning Process/Systems/Logics enhancement proposal to improve current and future business, across supply chain functions
   • Cooperate with Central Planning System team and others related Planning systems to setup Proof of Concept, Business Requirement documents, Conceptual Design Documents, User Acceptance Test scripts, Project trackers and Exit Criteria.
   • Leading effective communication to deploy the production plan from Planning system into execution.

Job Requirements:

We are hiring for the Senior Manager, MD Office position based in Bangsar South to take on a key role in supporting high-impact projects that will help foodpanda achieve its ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond. This role will be reporting directly to the Director, MD Office. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where your relationship-building and communication skills will be crucial as you collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Performance management

  • Drive business performance management of the MD Office scope, including goal alignment process, evaluating performance, and driving interventions.

  • Act as a "bridge" between local leadership and regional stakeholders to: 

    •  Discuss country performance

    • Align support from functions, and 

    • Align and drive strategic priorities

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) in Malaysia on high-impact projects.
