About the role

We’re searching for a knowledgeable, team-oriented Senior CRA to manage the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Malaysia. As a Senior CRA at PSI, you will work on the frontline of communication with project stakeholders, ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic indications. You will maintain the highest quality standards in the industry, while performing and supervising study start-up, clinical monitoring and site management activities on the country/regional level.

The Key Account Executive (KAE) is responsible for assisting Key Account Manager in managing and developing set of key-account customers on national level. They’re responsible for achieving sales targets in the given customers. The Key Account Executive reports to the Key Account Manager and assist KAMs in effectively managing key customer accounts by providing support and executing strategies.

Responsibilities & Key Activities:

1. Customer Business Planning; Support KAM in preparing the CBP by providing market or outlets insight, sales reporting, and other operation information
2. Promotion Planning & Execution; Audit key monthly activities and POSM/premium executed as per guideline based on JUMP merchandiser photo/report and also during market visit.
3. Business Review & Market Visit; Conduct regular market visit to store level and gather feedbacks such as building rapport with store level, perfect store execution, OSA, outlet stock aging & competitor information, identify potential growth areas & opportunities and address immediate concerns.
4. Administrative; Provide administrative support i.e. order tracking, payment request, customer claim validation, stock return (EBPS), pricing maintenance & credit note (CN) submission to customers.

• Perform professional, full cycle internal audits at various Omron locations, including Headquarters, regional entities and factories, based on Omron’s philosophy and ethics as well as internal auditors' ethics code (IIA).
• Perform audit procedures, collecting data, reviewing and analysing audit evidence and evaluating risk areas of audited entities, based on facts and rational thinking.
• Pursues root causes of deficiencies and issues found during the audit and recommends countermeasures.
• Understands the internal auditing framework and can implement auditing procedures based on the framework.
• Possesses knowledge of accounting and IT general control (ITGC) that are necessary for internal audit and can conduct auditing based on them.
• Has knowledge of J-SOX self-evaluation procedure and audit framework based on J-SOX standard and can perform J-SOX audit accordingly.
• Has an understanding of various types of fraud and have ability to find risk and sign of fraud during audits and pre-audit data analysis.             
• Executes audit at the set quality level.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. 
• IIA qualification (e.g. CIA, CISA) and CA qualification (MICPA, CPA, ACCA, ICAEW etc.) is an advantage
• Previous auditing experience at least 3-4 years 
• With Big 4 Internal Audit, Risk Management & Compliance experiences is an added advantage
• Maintains Omron and professional ethical standards and completes internal audit work in compliance with the OMRON Principles and the IIA’s Code of Ethics
• Works with integrity, discipline and objectivity
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement
• Is able and keen to travel frequently to OMRON APAC location, at least for one week a month.
