• Support the development of programme-specific SOPs by aligning them with core clinical processes.

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical governance, SOP management, or auditing.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows (e.g., triage, risk assessments).
• Proficiency in tools like Notion and Jira for documentation and project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for training and cross-functional work.

• Provide timely human resources services to the internal clients which include liasing with HR Business Partners to ensure services meet required standards and liaison with third party suppliers to ensure the service delivery is in meeting the requirements and expectations of the service centre.
• Ensure the daily activities in the HR Service Centre are comply to the standard work procedures and related legal requirements
• Provide the day-to-day HR service centre processing, including Pre-Onboarding medical and background screening,  Employee ID Administration, Expatriate Administration
• To coordinate necessary documents submission and to perform data entry in portal for Dasar Gaji Progressive application submission
• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.

In the position as the Director, Data Governance, you will be crucial in supporting and executing initiatives to increase and govern data quality to maximize Western Digital’s value.  This role involves working with other supply chain data stewards to develop and implement data quality and governance strategies and processes across the supply chain, ensuring they are prioritized to support business objectives and improve operational efficiencies.   The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in Data Quality and Analytics with demonstrated experience in stakeholder collaboration, establishing frameworks and execution of the strategy to drive data governance projects, results, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Quality Assurance:
   • Establishing data quality metrics and benchmarks.
   • Implementing data validation processes to identify and rectify discrepancies.
2. Data Governance:
   • Developing and enforcing data governance policies and standards.
   • Measuring adherence to policies, standards, and data quality standards.
3. Tool and Technology Management:
   • Evaluating, implementing, and supporting data quality and analytics tools (e.g., ETL tools, BI platforms).
   • Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data management.
4. Reporting and Visualization:
   • Creating data quality scorecards, areas of focus, and reports to present data quality insights to stakeholders.
   • Leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for effective communication.
5. Performance Analysis:
   • Analyzing the effectiveness of data quality / cleansing initiatives through KPIs and metrics.
   • Continuously improving processes based on performance outcomes.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Partnering with IT, business units, and data governance teams to align data strategies.
   • Communicating analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the software development team to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Assist in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.

The Country Legal team provides contractual, regulatory, compliance, governance advice, including the preparation of templates, reviews of agreements from multiple Grab and Supermarket businesses and attending to the product launches.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will create new templates and review/amend a variety of agreements, including commercial tenancy agreements and undertake legal research and help prepare draft advice for the business.
• You will conduct legal analysis on new product initiatives and any related requests from stakeholders.
• You will liaise with regional Grab Legal counsels in the region, internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• You will keep updated on important legal and compliance-related information, including changes in laws in the region related to the company's business.
• You will assist with administrative legal tasks.
