This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for

managing and overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administration

operations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

JOB SCOPE

· Answer incoming calls from customers to log a problem ticket.

· Arrive to post on time and ready to work assigned hours.

· Manage and respond to telephone calls, emails, and electronic systems using customer-oriented etiquette.

· Address customer issues, ensuring contract service levels and objectives are met.

· Receive inbound calls, as required, and make outbound calls for resource/parts management, appointment reminders, and escalations where required.

· Schedule and place follow-up calls/emails in response to customer inquiries.

· Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Work with the customer service team to attain and improve the process enhancements.

· Provide the necessary information regarding customer process-related information.

Position: Service Point Acquisition Specialist

Location: Multiple States in Malaysia

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven Service Point Acquisition Specialist to help expand SPX Service Point network across Malaysia. In this role, you will work to make parcel drop-off and pickup more accessible by bringing retail partners on board. We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, great people skills, and the motivation to achieve individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Sales: Actively promote the SPX program to retail store owners, explaining the benefits of becoming a Shopee Service Point to secure partnerships.
• Network Expansion: Identify potential Service Point locations from Shopee’s list and find additional stores within a 250-meter radius in assigned areas. Target stores should be open at least 5.5 days per week, with operating hours until 6 PM.
• Contract and Onboarding Management: Manage the entire process, including pitching to stores, negotiating contracts, providing Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and onboarding new partners.
• Performance and Target Achievement: Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets, supporting the growth of our Service Point network.

Required Qualifications:

• Sales Skills: Strong ability to pitch ideas, negotiate terms, and build new partnerships.
• Personality and Motivation: Outgoing and proactive, with a focus on reaching and exceeding goals.
• Technical Skills: Basic Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Malay and English (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus).
• Educational Background: Minimum SPM qualification. Experience in logistics or door-to-door sales is an advantage.

The job role

This role is full time permanent position within the Finance Department.

The incumbent will support the day-to-day accounting functions in the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage full set of accounts and preparation of financial and management reporting.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals,prepayments,depreciation and petty cash month journals.

*Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

*Maintain accounting records and database.

Candidate Profile and attributes

We are looking for female candidate who would have a professional qualification ACCA or CIMA or finalist. Candidates with strong bachelor degree in Accounting will be duly considered.
