• To maintain company data center, ensuring proper maintenance of records, documentation and filing in a timely manner
• To liaise with government agencies, including applying and timely renewal for business licenses, trademarks, utilities and permits

Job Brief

At FGNC Events Group we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from

concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Responsibility :

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include three or more simultaneous projects
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

Requirements :

• At least two years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, Canva and JavaScript
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is an advantage
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software

We are seeking a talented and creative interior designer to join our Design and Expansion team, who specialises in the design of coworking and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on drawing and conceptualising layouts, with experience in sourcing materials and furnishings as a valuable plus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Concept Development: Create innovative design concepts that enhance the functionality and aesthetic of coworking spaces.
• Drawing and Visualisation: Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• Space Planning: Analyse and optimise space utilisation to foster collaboration and productivity among users.
• Material Sourcing: Research and source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design concepts and budget constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure design integrity and execution.
• Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in coworking space design.

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 2- 5 years proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on commercial or coworking environments

• Knowledge of sourcing materials and furnishings is a plus
• Excellent communication, business acumen and presentation skills
