Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Customer Experience & Admin Operations Manager/Team Lead to oversee and streamline our customer service and administrative functions. This role requires someone with a strong "can-do" attitude, who is not only capable of leading a team but also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get involved in daily tasks when needed. • Supervise the set-up of events, roadshow, fair and activities, coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.
• To source for suitable and relevant external parties in all aspects of casual leasing that are in-line with the Centre’s Brand Values and Market Positions.
• To develop relationship with tenants and exhibitors to secure take up of promotional spaces in the centre.
• To build relationship with communities, tenants, vendors and event organizer in order to co-create events, thematic roadshow and fair according to their Advertising and Promotional needs.
