• To update all clients on the status of their shipments that is under custom clearance 
• To check and advise clients and agents on the proper HS Codes when necessary

In this role, you will work to make parcel drop-off and pickup more accessible by bringing retail partners on board. We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, great people skills, and the motivation to achieve individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Sales: Actively promote the SPX program to retail store owners, explaining the benefits of becoming a Shopee Service Point to secure partnerships.
• Network Expansion: Identify potential Service Point locations from Shopee’s list and find additional stores within a 250-meter radius in assigned areas. Target stores should be open at least 5.5 days per week, with operating hours until 6 PM.
• Contract and Onboarding Management: Manage the entire process, including pitching to stores, negotiating contracts, providing Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and onboarding new partners.
• Performance and Target Achievement: Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets, supporting the growth of our Service Point network.

Required Qualifications:

• Sales Skills: Strong ability to pitch ideas, negotiate terms, and build new partnerships.
• Personality and Motivation: Outgoing and proactive, with a focus on reaching and exceeding goals.
• Technical Skills: Basic Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Malay and English (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus).
• Educational Background: Minimum SPM qualification. Experience in logistics or door-to-door sales is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

The job role & Responsibilities

The vacancies available are full-time permanent positions. The logistics professionals function as an interface between international and domestics service providers and broader business.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and assigning shipments/container cargo to the rightful destinations. You will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The job will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment, arrange import delivery and raise billing/invoices for payment. 

In this role, you will be busy within dynamic environment so the candidate must be efficient and able to adapt to clients' requests. This is a fast paced role, applicants will need a high degree of accuracy and an ability to multi-task.

Line of duties will involve following key roles:

*Registration of the job shipment into CargoWise upon booking.

*Booking of space with shipping lines.

*Prepare and issue invoices for Shipments.

*Internal liaison with overseas offices and other departments.

*Liaise with clients to keep them informed of the shipment status.

Requirements: The person

We are looking for female candidates who will have at least a Diploma qualification. She must be computer literate, able to operate MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications.

Candidates with 2-3 years of experience gained specifically within freight forwarding industry would be highly advantageous and preferred.

EDI CargoWise experience is advantageous.

Strong communication skills, both spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.

Must be willing to be based at Kelana Jaya area.
