• Responsible for an annual revenue target to be executed / developed through new business in the year.  
• Work together with Vertical Leaders / Customer Success Teams and independently identifying and addressing client’s business issue or project brief, with the support from the technical teams proposing the right & relevant solution (i.e. type of consumer study, data collection approach, research design, timeline and investment). Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive (Advertising Operations) will focus on managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more. This role requires a data-driven and detail-oriented individual with expertise in handling advertising operations to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of platform-specific advertising tools, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.

In this Strategic Leadership role, you will be responsible for the development of the SAI Brand & Media Practice business at a country level operating as Brand Manager, driving profitable revenue growth, representing VOC and creating awareness of all your portfolio internally and externally. You will lead a Sales Product Experts team working closely with the global solution Practice leader and support Malaysia sales team (Business Partners, BPs) in collaboration with multiple areas like Product Leadership, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Marketing, etc.

• Own overall Country Practice revenue and cost OP, driving long term profitable growth. 
• Serve as senior leader on Local RFI/RFP engagements working across SA&I and NIQ for a unified response and representing the Practice and its tools.     
• Involve in proposal development and E2E sales process in partnership with SS, Sales Enablement and Customer Success.  
• Own regional sales Practice communities including all regional leaders and local Practices to share BDPs, White Space opportunity frameworks, etc. with a regular cadence.

The Firmware Test Development team develops and maintains a suite of tests to exercise firmware features and functionality. Maintain and enhance test infrastructure, and develop automation tools to streamline testing processes. Analyze application workloads / bus analyzer traces as well as firmware specifications to compose a set of test requirements, then implement into a test. Support existing code base, debug and resolve issues as well as add enhancements.  As a team member you will interface with and be supported by local and US based engineers in Firmware, Validation and Applications to quickly become a subject-matter expert in one or more areas. 

Responsibilities:

1. Project Initiatives & Executions on systems management
   • Provide & coordinate Planning Process/Systems/Logics enhancement proposal to improve current and future business, across supply chain functions
   • Cooperate with Central Planning System team and others related Planning systems to setup Proof of Concept, Business Requirement documents, Conceptual Design Documents, User Acceptance Test scripts, Project trackers and Exit Criteria.
   • Leading effective communication to deploy the production plan from Planning system into execution.
   • Provide training on End-to-End Production Planning Process to all stakeholders, especially the upstream process and downstream process, to ensure the alignment.
2. Supply Chain Planning Systems (CP: Central Planning & peripheral systems)
   • Establish & enable effective improvement of End-to-End Planning process & systems with well-trained team resource.
   • Setup effective communication process loops to interact with CP system team to ensure system and process execution performance meeting the company objectives.
   • Provide both technical and soft skill training to team members.
3. Data governance
