You will assist the Senior Manager or Head of Department to facilitate in the design and planning process from various stages of the property development and project lifecycle. You are required to participate fully in coordination, monitoring and control the upstream processes of the property development value chain, i.e. the planning and design aspects of the development. 5. To assist in technical feasibility study, site evaluation, initial conceptual modelling and what-if analysis for all potential land to be acquired.
6. To liaise with the relevant authorities on the prevailing planning and design guidelines imposed and their impact on the feasibility of projects.
7. To support the project management function on technical trouble shooting and alternative design solutions to facilitate the project delivery process.
8. Other responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities :

The Project Manager shall undertake the following job duties: 

• Study, evaluate and identify all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project. 
• Supervise and monitor the performance of Contractors to ensure the execution of construction in accordance with project drawings, documents, and specifications which must be consistent with structural design, and quality & safety standards.
• Managing the Contractors site progress and preparing reports on a fortnightly /monthly basis.
