Job Description

• Design, implement, and evaluate safety and health programs to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
• Conduct regular risk assessment and identify potential workplace hazards.
• Implement measures to control and mitigate risks, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents and near misses to determine root causes.
• Develop corrective action plans to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
• To coordinate and organize Fire Drill.
• Work closely with management, employees and relevant stakeholders to create a safety- conscious culture.
• To liaise with local authorities( DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, MOH etc) and external parties related HSE implementation.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Organize and oversee the maintenance and schedule services for all company vehicles including lorries, vans, cars and material handling equipment (MHE)
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualification

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Professional Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g; Certified Safety Professional-CSP,)
• Proven experience as Safety and Health Officer or in related role
• In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Special Requirement

• A knowledge of ISO processes and procedures (ISO 9001) would be an added advantage.
• Experience with warehouse operations and driving MHE would be an added advantage

About the role

Ksisters is hiring a versatile and experienced Key Account & Operations Manager to manage retail relationships and operational excellence for Watsons and Guardian in Malaysia. This role combines channel management, operational oversight, and key account responsibilities, ensuring smooth execution of product launches, in-store activations, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for Watsons and Guardian, building strong relationships with retail partners.
• Negotiate for premium shelf placements, planogram updates, and trade marketing opportunities.
• Manage promotional calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and activations.
• Provide regular performance updates to Watsons and Guardian, using sales data and customer insights.
2. Operations Management:
• Oversee stock levels, logistics, and inventory across warehouses and stores to ensure availability.
• Manage order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for Watsons and Guardian.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery schedules, stock transfers, and returns.
• Conduct regular stock audits and implement solutions to address discrepancies.
3. Event and Merchandising Support:
• Plan and execute store activations, including pop-ups and in-store campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between retail displays and promotional materials.
• Oversee merchandising compliance, ensuring that in-store displays reflect Ksisters’ brand identity.
4. Performance Optimization:
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align operations with campaign goals.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in key account management or operations within the retail or beauty industry.
