Position: Service Point Acquisition Specialist

Location: Multiple States in Malaysia

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven Service Point Acquisition Specialist to help expand SPX Service Point network across Malaysia. In this role, you will work to make parcel drop-off and pickup more accessible by bringing retail partners on board. We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, great people skills, and the motivation to achieve individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Sales: Actively promote the SPX program to retail store owners, explaining the benefits of becoming a Shopee Service Point to secure partnerships.
• Network Expansion: Identify potential Service Point locations from Shopee’s list and find additional stores within a 250-meter radius in assigned areas. Target stores should be open at least 5.5 days per week, with operating hours until 6 PM.
• Contract and Onboarding Management: Manage the entire process, including pitching to stores, negotiating contracts, providing Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and onboarding new partners.

Experience:
