We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain database, sales reports, records, and documentation.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights.
• Perform data cleaning and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
•  Assist the sales team with administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• SPM or Diploma in Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales administration.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detail oriented and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
