Key Responsibilities:

ISMS Management :

- Implement and manage the ISMS to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 or equivalent frameworks.

- Perform risk assessments, vulnerability assessment s, and security audits to identify areas of improvement within the ISMS.

- Establish and maintain the organisation's security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive information and systems .

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the ISMS to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.

Risk Management and Security Controls:

CISO Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent and effective information security practices across the organisation.

Compliance and Audits:

- Lead internal and external audits related to ISMS and other security standards.

- Ensure that the organisation complies with information security laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

- Prepare and present regular reports on ISMS performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Training and Awareness:

- Develop and deliver training programs on information security policies, procedures, and best practices for employees at all levels.

- Promote a culture of security awareness and ensure that the organisation's workforce adheres to security protocols.

Incident Management:

- Coordinate and support incident response effort s, ensuring that security incidents are reported, managed, and mitigated promptly.

- Conduct post-incident reviews and help improve the organisation's security posture based on lessons learned.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, audits, incident reports, and corrective actions.

- Generate regular reports to senior management about the performance of the ISMS, risks, and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

Certification & Education:

- Certified Information Security Officer (CISO) or equivalent certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM .

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology ,Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)(added advantage).

Experience:

- Proven experience in implementing and managing an ISMS in a corporate environment.

- Hand s-on experience with ISO 27001 or other information security frame works.

- Experience in risk management, compliance, and security audits.

- Experience in handling information security incidents and applying corrective measures.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of information security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

- Ability to assess and mitigate security risks, and implement robust security measures.

Cloud Security:

1. IT Compliance Advisory

1. Administration

• Ensure the Compliance Risk Control repository is consistently updated.
• Prepare/facilitate internal and external reporting to Management, Board and regulators (where applicable).

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Degree in any IT discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field such as Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or IT is required for this position.
• Relevant Compliance, AML, Audit and Risk-related Certifications and /or any other relevant certification with regard to Compliance from the Asia Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) is considered an added advantage.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring the timely processing of purchase requisitions, invoices, and payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement systems, financial reconciliation, and contract management for IT-related services and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Requisition Management

• Create, review, and submit purchase requisitions in Oracle.
• View and manage purchase orders (PO), payments, invoices, and receipt information.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to procurement records and Smartsheet trackers.

Invoice & Payment Processing

• Process and update invoices for cloud platforms such as AWS, Google, and Azure.
• Reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain and update Tangoe reports to track data and communication spending.

Contract Management

• Manage and track IT contract renewals using Smartsheet and other tracking tools.
• Oversee contract renewal timelines, including initiating renewal discussions 180+ days in advance for high-value contracts ($150K+).
• Collaborate with contract owners to determine renewal requirements and engage procurement leads for negotiations.
• For lower-value contracts, initiate review and renewal 90+ days in advance, coordinating with IT leads for negotiation support.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain the Active IT Consultant tracker to support resourcing and budgeting efforts.
• Provide insights on data and communication spend through regular updates to the Tangoe report.
• Identify and flag potential issues or delays in payments, renewals, or procurement timelines.

Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between vendors, IT teams, finance, and procurement leads to ensure smooth processing of contracts and payments.
• Support procurement negotiations to secure favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all infrastructure including but not limited to servers, network system, storage and cloud platform.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability and minimum interruption or downtime.
• Design, architect, develop and implement necessary actions or area of improvement of new infrastructure solution to further improve the capability, performance, reliability, resiliency & integrity which compliance with industry standard and best practices
• Implement routine maintenance tasks to perform systems administration, patch management and systems backup
• Collaborate with internal team and external vendors for technical troubleshooting support, preventive maintenance, planning, implementation and resolution in network, hardware and software issues or faults.
• Participate in sourcing, evaluating, recommending and negotiating with solution providers and consultants on technical specifications, supports and services to establish good partnership and optimum service level to ensure user and company interests are protected
• Maintain, develop and follow proper system procedures, guidelines, reports and technical documentations to achieve systematic and consistent operations
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management with good knowledge of Business IT Systems including application servers, email and web servers, windows operating systems and applications
• Familiar with SaaS / cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, DNS, Firewall, etc.
• Able to write scripting to automated processes using Microsoft Power Automate or other relevant automation and scripting tools will be a good to have skill
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintain and support on technical issues is highly desirable (network, server, computer and peripheral)
• Experience with IFCA.net system would be an added advantage
• Highly adaptive, initiative, able to multi-task and flexible in progressive workloads
• Good command in spoken and written English and Malay
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to support when required

Performance and Governance

• Measure and ensure operational services and performance using consistent and accurate metrics.
