• To have firsthand primary data for us to study competitors’ analysis and come out with pro and re-active plans to be implemented with speed and sense of urgency.
• To ensure our production and supply chain teams to meet or exceed overall customers’ requirements through close intimacy and engagement.
• To come out with weekly/fortnightly and monthly newsletter to keep all our internal and external stakeholders abreast with MFM progress/NPDs and not in silo.
• To have the mindset of continuous improvement on effectiveness of marketing as a brain/bone/nerve to support sales team.
• To assist GM and liaise with sales/channel and distributors sales team on building sales funnel, by-pass to IKAM and LKAM accounts so that MFM hold and have engagement with the cream accounts.
• To perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
