Purpose of position

Manage catering services and responsible for the supervision of the catering staff and coordinates all food and beverage services within the catering department.

Scope

Job Requirements:

• Recognised university degree and / or relevant professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Preferably a member of a professional accountancy body
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and formidable leadership qualities
• Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good communication, interpersonal and report writing skill
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

1. Project Initiatives & Executions on systems management
   • Provide & coordinate Planning Process/Systems/Logics enhancement proposal to improve current and future business, across supply chain functions
   • Cooperate with Central Planning System team and others related Planning systems to setup Proof of Concept, Business Requirement documents, Conceptual Design Documents, User Acceptance Test scripts, Project trackers and Exit Criteria.
   • Leading effective communication to deploy the production plan from Planning system into execution.
   • Provide training on End-to-End Production Planning Process to all stakeholders, especially the upstream process and downstream process, to ensure the alignment.
2. Supply Chain Planning Systems (CP: Central Planning & peripheral systems)
   • Establish & enable effective improvement of End-to-End Planning process & systems with well-trained team resource.
   • Setup effective communication process loops to interact with CP system team to ensure system and process execution performance meeting the company objectives.
   • Provide both technical and soft skill training to team members.
3. Data governance
   • CP & input systems (BIPOS, CCapTool, HPU etcs) data quality & IT initiatives coordination.
   • Plant(Code) Extensions (Oversee & governance SAP/Oracle systems exceptional data maintenance request from various teams– currently under HCL support)
4. Team development
   • Career & leadership personalities development roadmap, on personal strengths & potentials
   • Conduct periodically one-on-one communication with team members
   • Cross-team product, process & system/data knowledge update session within CP & IT organization.
