This role will work closely with senior leadership, providing technical direction and oversight on audit engagements and complex accounting matters. In addition to being a technical expert, you will play a critical role in leading, mentoring, and developing the Quality Assurance and Technical team, while ensuring that we continue to uphold our reputation for excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Quality Assurance and Technical team, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the Quality Assurance and Technical team.
• Support the development and implementation of technical policies and practices.
• Provide expert technical advice and consultation on complex audit and assurance matters.
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of new and revised accounting and auditing standards.
• Review and advise on complex audit engagements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in audit methodologies and technical processes.
• Stay up-to-date with global and local regulatory changes, and guide the firm in adapting to these developments.
• Assist in the development and delivery of technical training and guidance for the audit teams.
• Monitor and report on the operating effectiveness of the Firm’s System of Quality Management.
• Liaise with various global/local professional bodies and regulators on the current development issues in the industry.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or assignments which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economy or equivalent qualification
• Member of a recognised accounting body (i.e. MIA, ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW or equivalent)
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have sound knowledge of international and local accounting a well as auditing standards
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command in spoken and written English
• High degree of self-motivation, results oriented and able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for Die Attach New Process Development for new product and process development.
• Supports New Product Introduction by delivering assigned Process and Equipment solutions meeting quality, development, and operation targets and requirements. 
• To design, develop, and implement innovative AI/ML tools and applications aimed at effectively addressing and optimizing process challenges.
• Setup new Die Attach processes, recipe, perform complete window study, DOEs, corner limits.
• Process Qualification to meet process Critical to Quality Requirements, CPK, Full risk assessment, UPH, Yield, and Cost targets.
• Work closely with Cross site’s Product development & design team to understand the Package Design Rules & Requirements.
• New process development for new wafer technology, next generation products, new material / machine / tooling / software qualifications. Define Leading edge Die Attach Technology Roadmap / building block.
• Ensure effective handshake / pass over of process for New device / product introduction to the High Volume Manufacturing.
• Support new material (DAF) and tools (rubber tip/ejector) qualification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good Root Cause Analysis / Finding using 5M + 1E, 5 whys, DMAIC, 8D approach / methodology.
• Knowledgeable in production control processes, SPC, Data Analysis / Interpretation GR&R, Cp/Cpk and correlation analysis, MSA.
• Report any non-conformance / customer complaint issue and develop / follow up the improvement actions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, FMEAs, OCAPs, and control plans related to the process.

Technical sales role & a part of sales team, helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Coordinate with company executives and local sales & marketing professionals to explore and develop high-value proposition business solution in Malaysia. Could support SEA region if required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving strategic sales initiative in Malaysia.
• Represents organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
• Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Strong ownership and positive attitude on business development.
• Promote and sell John Crane products in accordance with the company policy, pricing guidelines and regulations.
• Pursue new market expansion opportunities in high-value proposition solution businesses, such as CCUS projects, reliability & asset management contract, turbo machinery upgrade / retrofit services and monitoring sense solution.
• Work with account sales to explore the leads and develop the opportunities.
• Dedicate to support account to connect related resource for making and presenting proposal
• Closely follow related opportunities and move the project forward.
• With good technical background and strategic thinking when promote the solution and initiative.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Prepare material of contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Leverage your technical knowledge to engage with customers on a deeper level. Understand their pain points and requirements and demonstrate how John Crane's solutions can address their specific needs. Offer technical insights and recommendations
