Profile Requirements :

• Web scrapping using HTML and Python on beautiful soup, Sellenium, Pycharm and more
• To check and ensure that the data in the csv. files match what is on the websites and that the code is working and then keeping/storing the csv files into Dropbox

• Manual software testing for our website and application and documenting any issues, bugs or errors found as well as any possible solutions for them
• Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate the bug testing process
• AI automation testing using the Recombee platform (Suitable for Machine Learning, AI or Data Science majors)
• Research into the best ways to develop/create/establish a system or element of our platform like chatbots, automated responses, etc if needed

Scope of Position

The focus of Sales Operations is to optimize the effectiveness of the district sales team by providing support to the District Sales Team and Manager. The Sales Operations candidate must have a desire to become an expert in sales fundamentals and process, and the drivers of results for their Sales team.

Key Deliverables

These are the minimum results expected from Sales Operations:

1. Manage monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales Manager.

The Project Engineer manages engineering projects feasibility to commissioning, development and execution at the Plant, providing technical expertise and ensuring know how transfer to manufacturing in order to sustain competitive advantage for the company aligned with the JDE guidelines and in line with agreed strategic plans, capital investments and technical programs.

The Project Engineer supports the delivery of the key plant results (Compelling Business Need - CBN), such as zero safety accidents, zero quality losses, cost savings, efficiency improvement, 100% Customer Service Level and 100% engagement using the Manufacturing Operating System - MOS program as an enabler.

The Project Engineer does this through agile and flawless project management and execution of varied projects across the manufacturing operation with local and global stakeholders, through any of the phases from concept to commissioning ensuring a Vertical Start Up.

Accountable for project delivery, quality, safety and cost either as a lead engineer or as support engineer for Engineering team within Plant.

Safety Health Environment:

• Drives Safety Health and Environment culture through role modelling behaviors.
• Responsible for Safety Health and Environment requirements and legislation implementation and ensures compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies in own projects and installations as an example LOTOTO - Lock Out Tag Out Test Out, permit to work, hazard work permits, behavioral observation safety, auditing and process isolations.
• Responsible to ensure that ergonomics and SHE - Safety, Health & Environment risks are mitigated or eliminated in own projects
• Immediately corrects any substandard condition or unsafe behavior. Encourages feedback routine between peers through using applicable tools such as Behaviors Observation Safety -BOS. Checks that this done to the required standard.

Quality:

• Responsible for Quality requirements and legislation implementation and ensure compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies in own projects

Delivery & Cost:

   Project Planning:

• Responsible for pre-engineering scoping, costing and capital expenditure request document preparation using· the appropriate standards, processes and procedures aligned with IM - Initiative Management pillar
• Support project approval in time as needed by business purpose of the project. Lead functional co-ordination and technical expertise for evaluation of offers and submitting proposals for the most appropriate technical solutions, while ensuring they are cost-effective and fit for purpose.

•      Helps draw up user requirements and knows the engineering process making it appropriate for six  sigma.

• Organizes the go/no go gates

Communication:

• Giving regular stakeholder updates on project progress.
• Engaging and communicating with all relevant associates through the whole lifecycle of the project to ensure that the project deliverables meets all practical requirements (maintenance, operation, training, etc)

Project Management & Execution:

• Provide potential supplier identification as well as correct bidding process and evaluation in line with company policies and supplier management strategies. Ensure and lead co-operation with Procurement department in preparation of contracts, providing technical requirements and details in order to support contract negotiation and signature
• Preparing and issuing relevant documentation such as drawings, cable schedules, commissioning documents, equipment schedules, FAT - Factory Acceptance Test, SAT - Systems Acceptance Test, S&H - Safety and Health checklists, risk assessments.
• Working with the software engineers to develop a URS - User Request Specification for the process installation and review FDS - Functional Development Specification.
• Management of orders through the use of SAP, from raising PO's - Purchase Orders, issuing to suppliers, receipting and checking invoice discrepancies.
• Managing cost versus budget using the appropriate standards to report actual, commitment, and remaining budget spend on a monthly basis.
• Work with the project team and Project Start Up Lead to deliver Vertical Start Up- VSU as per Commissioning, Qualification, Validation - CQV plan
• Applies and improves Engineering standards
• Accountable for delivery of Project Engineers assigned to the project

Project Close-Out:

• Support the Start Up Leader with the installation and commissioning of the installation and suppliers
• Ensure relevant handover documentation is in place such as OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturers manuals, training documents and risk assessments.
• Support the Start Up Leader with creation of training with SME - Subject Matter Experts, Training Coordinators and the Organizational pillar
• Responsible to verify delivery of key project KPI's

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in screening and evaluation of all identified improvement opportunities and ideas. Creatively group those ideas into technically feasible concepts. Share and communicate potential concepts to identify potential projects.

The Chargeman (B0) is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operations, maintenance, repair of high voltage electrical systems and equipment within the DPP plant. The job incumbent requires to comply with the Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia) safety regulations and standards, to minimize equipment downtime and maintaining optimal plant performance.

1. Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high voltage electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear and distribution networks.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems and installations.
• Perform necessary repair and maintenance of electrical components / systems as required.

2. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with the local “Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia” (Energy Commission of Malaysia) safety regulations, codes and standards.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for electrical systems and equipment.

3. Technical Support

• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team on high voltage electrical issues.
• Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects, upgrades and modifications,
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for specialized services and parts.

4. Documentations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs.
• Prepare and submit reports on electrical systems performance, issues and resolutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of all electrical installations and modifications

5. Emergency Response 

• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and power outages to minimize downtime.
• Implement corrective actions and restore power supply safely and efficiently,

10. Report any non-conformance/customer complains issue and develop/follow up the improvement actions.
11. Fully participate to resolve the issue thru teamwork and be the main coordinator for any internal/ external audit programs.

Assis the Business Data Office – Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling it mandate of ingesting and maintain static data for clients, investors and investments at MUFG.

• Acknowledge and complete requests for data updates from stakeholders (Client Integration & Operations)
• Assist accounting and investor operations team in maintaining client, investor and investment data
• Assist with regular data clean up, bulk ingestion or data migration.
• Validate data update requests and communicate missing or invalid info back to requesting user.
• Extract and/or Collect data from various structured and unstructured formats (csv, PDF, email) and ingest into appropriate system.
• Collaborate with Data Integrity & Operation to resolve data incidents and assist with data remediation efforts.
• Adhere to standard operating procedure when updating MUFG system
• Update Operating Procedures and maintain JIRA/ServiceDesk/Confluence up to date
• Assist in standardizing and simplifying processes for creating and maintaining client and investor data.
• Participate in multiple initiatives with Technology, Product and other stakeholders to digitize and automate the ingestion and maintenance of client and investor data.
