As a Human Resources Intern, you will support our Talent Acquisition team from Employer Branding to recruitment: 

• Actively participate in the employer branding initiatives, such as creating social media content, recruitment posters, email banners, videos etc. Essentially creating materials and contents to attract potential candidates 
• You will also be conducting the overall recruitment process from candidate’s sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, to support the manager in the selection decision;
• Be the contact point for the candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;

• To come up with fully-thought out marketing/ advertising ideas that can be implemented from start to finish 
• To analyze and report on target audience insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to help build the best strategies possible
• Discussing and consolidating the data and findings you have to back up your marketing ideas with the managing director or business executive.
• Ensuring that the marketing plans and strategies appeal to the target audience members
• To design or create marketing materials such as videos, articles, banners, posters, emails and etc

The primary role (Suitable for Beginners)

• Web scrapping using HTML and Python on beautiful soup, Sellenium, Pycharm and more
• To check and ensure that the data in the csv. files match what is on the websites and that the code is working and then keeping/storing the csv files into Dropbox

Other roles if not assigned Webscrapping.

• Manual software testing for our website and application and documenting any issues, bugs or errors found as well as any possible solutions for them
• Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate the bug testing process
• AI automation testing using the Recombee platform (Suitable for Machine Learning, AI or Data Science majors)
• Research into the best ways to develop/create/establish a system or element of our platform like chatbots, automated responses, etc if needed
• If needed: Using Adobe XD to open prototype designs and analyze the UI/UX
• If needed: Assisting senior developers by coordinating project management activities using Jira

Note: We mainly use Skype and Dropbox, but with seniors developer you may also have the opportunity to use Microsoft Teams.

This position is reporting to the Sr Manager/Manager, Internal Audit and part of a strong, dynamic global internal audit function. This Senior position will be a member of the Internal Audit APAC region focusing on both regional and global projects based in our Penang, Malaysia office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Sr Manager/Manager, the Senior will assist in leading and executing projects for the finance & operations audit pillar for both the APAC region and globally, assisting in Internal Audit function improvement projects, and collaborating with the other internal audit pillars – IT audit, Channel audit, Data Analytics, and Audit Operations.

Execution of projects in the finance & operations audit pillar for the APAC region and globally including:

• Assisting in performance of annual risk assessment of the business, development of an overall audit plan, and quarterly refreshes of the risk assessment and the audit plan
• Executing projects on the internal audit plan, including financial, operational, compliance, site, Channel Partner, and cross functional audits across the global business
• Assisting in executing project risk assessments, planning, and scoping decisions on individual audit and consulting projects
• Executing controls documentation, testing, and fieldwork for audit and consulting projects
• Assisting in drafting audit and consulting findings and reports
