• To conduct compliance risk assessment of the organization, including reports on ML/TF/PF inherent risks, residual risks and mitigating controls, on-going compliance status and on any findings of infringements and its recommended actions. The Supply Chain Initiatives Manager plans, directs and reviews all supply and logistics activities to ensure a cost-effective flow of finished goods from suppliers to customers for all categories. • Assist the Customer Success Manager with managing the entire range of day-to-day operations of the business and team. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers to ensure business objectives are met.
• Take ownership of escalated issues and follow problems through to resolution by collaborating with internal teams to remediate.
• Use customer data and analytics to uncover opportunities for new feature adoption and up-selling, including weekly and monthly reporting.
• Supports the wider Customer Success team with decision-making, analytical / creative solutioning.
• Oversee the range of portfolio of key accounts (Solutions) under the MY market segment with ownership of some key accounts.
• Assist the Commercial team with special projects and initiatives. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in customer / key account management within the logistics industry is beneficial.

• Responsible for an annual revenue target to be executed / developed through new business in the year.  
• Work together with Vertical Leaders / Customer Success Teams and independently identifying and addressing client’s business issue or project brief, with the support from the technical teams proposing the right & relevant solution (i.e. type of consumer study, data collection approach, research design, timeline and investment). Leads the Data Governance team, focusing on data accuracy, security, and compliance.

• Develop and implement data governance policies.
• Ensure compliance with data-related regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Data Product Manager to address governance issues
• Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics, KPIs, and deliver actionable insights & dashboard to relevant decision-makers

• Develop, maintain, and review the requirements, design and testing documentation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BS/MS/PhD in a Business, IT, Mathematics, Science or Engineering discipline

• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Strong using SQL skills for data analytics and a good understanding of statistics
• Familiar or prone to adopt design thinking methods
• Able to operate under pressure and change, and balance among speed, reliability, interpretability
• Good working knowledge of productivity tools such as G Suite, Git, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with code versioning, code review and documentation
