You will assist the Senior Manager or Head of Department to facilitate in the design and planning process from various stages of the property development and project lifecycle. You are required to participate fully in coordination, monitoring and control the upstream processes of the property development value chain, i.e. the planning and design aspects of the development. 1. Support the marketing function in product development and innovation as well as competitive benchmarking. To identify potential design improvements to develop innovative products and differentiate product positioning that enhance profit margin and improve sales.
2. To prepare Request for Fee Proposal (RFP) in the engagement of design and planning consultants (Planners, Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers etc.).
3. To research and make recommendations for the appointment of design consultants. Manage and guide consultants in all matters relating to planning, design & development.
4. To formulate project design brief and coordinate with consultants on all design matters.
5. To assist in technical feasibility study, site evaluation, initial conceptual modelling and what-if analysis for all potential land to be acquired.
6. To liaise with the relevant authorities on the prevailing planning and design guidelines imposed and their impact on the feasibility of projects.
7. To support the project management function on technical trouble shooting and alternative design solutions to facilitate the project delivery process.
8. Other responsibilities include:

• Prepare design summary reports for Management reviews and other company related activities

Position: Service Point Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven Service Point Acquisition Specialist to help expand SPX Service Point network across Malaysia. In this role, you will work to make parcel drop-off and pickup more accessible by bringing retail partners on board. We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, great people skills, and the motivation to achieve individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Sales: Actively promote the SPX program to retail store owners, explaining the benefits of becoming a Shopee Service Point to secure partnerships.
• Network Expansion: Identify potential Service Point locations from Shopee’s list and find additional stores within a 250-meter radius in assigned areas. Target stores should be open at least 5.5 days per week, with operating hours until 6 PM.
• Contract and Onboarding Management: Manage the entire process, including pitching to stores, negotiating contracts, providing Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and onboarding new partners.
• Performance and Target Achievement: Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets, supporting the growth of our Service Point network.

Required Qualifications:

• Sales Skills: Strong ability to pitch ideas, negotiate terms, and build new partnerships.
• Personality and Motivation: Outgoing and proactive, with a focus on reaching and exceeding goals.
• Technical Skills: Basic Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
