Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for

managing and overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administration

operations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities:

• To manage all full spectrum of HR & admin related activities including payroll, recruitment, compensation, career development, performance, management, training, personnel affairs policies and etc.
• To manage and review the overall recruitment process through effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Receiving and Shipping: Assist in the receiving and delivery processes, ensuring all items are checked, documented, handled properly, and addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain stock levels, assist receiving products, and conduct inventory counts.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance and inspection of warehouse equipment, reporting any malfunctions or required repairs.
• Operational Support: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties such as receiving visitors, handling incoming calls, etc.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondences / courier services.
